Payment

We currently accept the following payment methods (you will have the option to select your payment method when placing an order):

  • Cash on Delivery
  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • PayPal

The connection to our site from the cart uses a valid, trusted SSL certificate (valid HTTPS) on a secure TLS connection and a strong protocol version and cipher suite.

Credit and debit cards have a security code located on them. For most cards it will be a 3-4 digit number located on the back. For American Express cards you will find a 3-4 digit number printed on the front side of the cards.

You don’t need an account to place an order but having an account enables you to save your personal information and review previous orders. Please note that we do not retain any payment information within your account. You can create an account by clicking here or by opting in when placing an order.

Delivery

Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination and the number of items that you purchase.

  • Free Standard (1-5 business days) — Free (orders over $50)
  • Standard (1-5 business days) — $7.95

Orders usually ship 3-5 days from the date the production process started. Actual shipping times and delivery date may vary depending on local postal service in your area.

Yes, we can send shipments to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

Yes! Shipping is available worldwide through a variety of different carriers.

Refunds & Exchanges

No Refunds/Exchanges on Reef & Reel Brand Apparel:

We do not accept returns or exchanges on Reef & Reel brand products unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at [727-820-1441] with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Refunds Permitted on Affiliate Brand Products (in accordance with the manufacturer’s return/exchange policy):

We accept returns on affiliate brand products in accordance with the manufacturers refund/exchange policy. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
